You have a leak around the connection by the secondary cat. All you have to do is google code p0420 and 430, you will see how common this is on this platform. A tiny pin hole leak will trigger it.

Normal for oil to smell like E85 after 3000 miles. That's where I would change it. The oil gets diluted faster because Ethanol requires a lot more volume to burn at the same lambda as pump gas....
