Non 1LE SS cars do not wheel hop ever in my experience. I would see if you can get your alignment closer to an SS.

It’s not dropping the Tranny, it’s just tilting it back. You don’t touch any bell housing bolts.
It’s really not as bad as it looks. It all comes apart and back together well.

Same here. I put 60,000 miles on a new 14 gt mt82 with a mgw. Not a fan.

I did have to deal with the pin when installing the hurst. I can see it being frustrating when you need to breeze through...

I would be shocked if the car wouldn’t pick up another 2mph shifting at 6600 for the 1-2 and 7k for the 2-3 and later

Unless the valve train is not up to snuff I don’t see the downside to reving...

It should be shifting 6800 minimum.
