That K&N absolutely trashed your base line dyno numbers. You are not going to make N/A power at 10.9-11.0 AFR. There was quite a bit more in the base set up with a proper tune. Glad the end product worked out for you. What did it make SAE over RPM? Anything over 500rw in 5th on pump gas is stout.
It is the cam pulling on the converter. Nothing else. Get a Circle D 4C in there and let it eat. A 4C makes a world of difference. It is night and day.

As far as the torque converter I'm planning to go with the Circle D 8L90. |

And this episode shows why I will never buy another sports car with an automatic transmission :-). I can say the car will move out once you get it out on the road. I was shocked when I drove it home at the power difference.
I will see you guys in a few weeks to get the torque converter upgraded to help control all that extra power. Which brings me to another reason why I will never buy another sports car with an automatic transmission :-). Last edited by mauldin44; 10-18-2017 at 04:02 PM. |

Put your car at the strip next to the manual one we did that made 560whp and I guarantee yours beats it. |

Of course that will be fixed when I bring it back to get the torque converter upgrade, but I will have fun until then. |

I'm sure you will be more than happy with the outcome. What made you decide to go with that brand of supercharger over the others?

Nice results! I'd be willing to bet that if dyno'd in 6th gear, it would have made comparable numbers to the M6 that went 560whp. From what I understand, 6th gear dyno would be unsafe lol...
Either way, with the addition of a converter, this car is going to scoot |
