2018 ZL1 Build date june 2017. My oil pressure...

2018 ZL1
Build date june 2017. My oil pressure is perfect 30psi hot at idle,with 13,000 miles,so its a pre-emtive change rather than a failed part.might start next week,as already have the new pump.

MAYBE ,but more than likely a harmonic frequency issue.due to being supercharged,if you think about the blower belt attached to the front pulley.

Yes i get ya!,well my insert was black,only when i looked real close i could see the carbon weave,not only that it had some faults in the actual insert,,which makes sense as only the naked carbon...

Very very impressed with the ZL1,had plenty of big powered cars,RS6 stage2,Zo6 procharged,M3.M2 competition,and 2x R35 GTRs stage 4.25,my ZL is tuned,probably around 600whp,and its fast no doubt...

Thanks for the detailed info guys,perfect!, i know this may sound odd,but the reason for removal,is it just looks black to me,cant really tell its carbon fibre,so im gonna wrap it in 3M Di Noc carbon...

Anyone had the carbon fibre hood insert out,tried removing mine but it seems like its either bonded or glued in?
