Unfortunately, the competing dealer's order vehicle has LPO wheels, and he has told me,

You are buying an additional set....

Wanna call him up and tell him that? Hehe, just kidding... kinda...

I even tried Chevy's online chat, tried to get a screenshot to email the dealer, and even the Chevy customer service rep said, "I do know you would not be able to receive both sets." Not what I wanted to hear.
