IMO this intake looks pretty cheap. That does not indicate poor performance but I don't think it will be achieving the coolest temperatures. The purchase of this item will really depend on price. If they're a lot cheaper I'd say go for it but im betting theyll stay in the ballpark with Rotofab/CAI.

The button was just a joke but I do agree with you. the JLT tube is huge and looks like it can push some serious air. that is what has my attention.

When they tested it they did check IATs while driving in a sporty fashion. My IATs were lowest with JLT compaired to stock and my aftermarket CAI. I specifically asked them to test it as so many people are worried about it.

If anyone wants to send me a rotofab intake I'll do back to back dyno runs with it compaired to stock, my other aftermarket and the JLT. The idea behind JLTs was for guys with more modifications too so after my heads/cam is done I'm going to re test all three.

They posted some videos on their fb page about the IATs while driving my car too if anyone wants to watch.

Just ordered your CAI w/dry filter for my ZL1 1LE. Looking forward to putting it in. Please note my special instructions. Order #13292

rotofab showed solid results and efficiency with their product. was a little expensive but worth it to me. looks sick and performs well. I had TSP headers & 3" xpipe, CAI, and a tune done. performs and sounds awesome.

I had the Roto-Fab CAI on my 2010 Camaro 2LT/RS and I was very happy with the results, sound, and performance. I then traded this Camaro in for a 6th Gen 2016 Camaro 2SS and I again wanted to install a CAI on this Camaro. GM announced that they would actually be coming out with one the would be legal in all 50 states including the communist state of California. So I waited and the GM CAI finally came out. I was one of the first to order and get this were I live. I had the dealer install and program the Tune for this CAI. Since installation I have been very happy. My overall MPG is 40 miles per gallon. I am also very happy with the sound and performance.

Did anyone notice the 1/2 inch open gap around the air box and the tube on the JLT,
I wonder how much engine bay hot air it will be sucking through that opening?

I use my own supplier of drop in filters . Ran the lowest ET at camarofest in stock class. Quicker , than rotofab , airraid , gm and all comers . While I didnt have the highest MPH ( I also have a vert ) I had the two lowest et’s and made unbeatable torque. With just intake & exhaust mods . You can PM ffor pricing info.
