Could you guys go over the shocks and springs? Maybe find out what they are and what an upgrade would be?

Thank for all the videos.

Great video, thanks. Based on what you guys have seen in your analysis of the car, how are you prioritizing where you're focusing your development resources for new products?

1. We’ve started taking a closer look at the exhaust system to determine what direction we want to go with our design. Below is a couple images showing the 02 sensors and catalytic converter(s).

Looks like we have two sensors on each bank reading the front catalytic converter. The rearward piece could either be another converter or a resonator. We will be pulling the exhaust off this week to get a better look at the internals. Our vehicle is indeed equipped with the NPP system.

2. It is certainly unfortunately that the exhaust system is constructed in this manner. We hit a similar roadblock with the 15+ Mustang. Fitting a new system required cutting of the stock piping, which is fairly easy and should not be an issue for most. We will be looking at this further to see what our plan is with the SS. Definitely makes things a bit tricky.

3. So far we’ve found the following heat exchangers.

· Primary radiator (Features in tank liquid-to-liquid transmission cooler)
· Secondary radiator (2)
· Liquid-to-air transmission cooler
· Internal liquid-to-liquid differential cooler
· Liquid-to-liquid oil cooler

Thanks again for watching our videos. We should have our suspension video up next week at some point. Our 2SS does indeed have the MRC system.

Thanks
-John
Those are secondary non monitored cats. The C7 same thing, borla makes a bolt on x pipe to remove them. Doing it on my C7

Have made some very positive comments about this series and I thank you for the insight of the systems on this car. That said please invest in better gear, what you have to say is very important , it does not cost much for a pro-sumer camera/recorder and a lavalier microphone so that the acoustics do not wreak havoc with your sound, wether in the car or in your cavernous shop. The guy reviewing in the car does not have a powerful voice and the car exhaust kills what little is there... Just a suggestion

Yes, we will work on acquiring spring rate data.

Great question! We typically design a schedule based on requests from consumers and our vendors. The catch can we designed was a quick project that ended up first on our list. This enabled early Camaro owners to get a jump on valve contamination protection. Many folks have also requested intake/exhaust upgrades, which are both now in the works as well. Feedback from our customers drives a good portion of our decision making process for project scheduling.

Thanks for the input. These videos are meant to have more of a grassroots feel. Our goal is to focus mainly on the content provided, which is informing our viewers about interesting aspects of the vehicle. I completely agree that our quality could use improvement, and we are working on gathering better equipment and skills to improve clarity. We do have a professional video team on staff (obviously not producing these) that works on our installation guides, features and benefits video, and lifestyle/event videos.

Thanks for the input! We will definitely be working on improving the quality of these videos.
