Thanks for checking out the video guys. The transmission and differential cooler setup is just as neat. That video should be up by the end of this week.

Thanks! Definitely agreeing with you, the technology and value built in to the SS is quite impressive.

Next video coming up later today!

Time for another video!

In this video we provide an in-depth look at the factory-equipped transmission/differential cooling system.

Our next video will include details about the front suspension of our SS.

Anything specific you guys want to see us cover?

Thanks for watching!

Wow, amazing info! Definitely am impressed and proud of Chevy for their new design! If course, needless to say... Thank you so much for doing this video series!!! I LOVE hearing OEM or aftermarket tech specs and how things work. Gives me a better idea of how it all goes down!

I do have a few questions since you guys are going heavy at the vehicle to clear up my knowledge as well as to correct me if I have been wrong so far. It involves the exhaust system. Even that seems to be more complicated that what it used to be even compared to the c7.

Please do correct/enlighten me from what I know and this is WITH NPP;

- Vehicle has 4 cats. 2 on the headers and 2 on the xpipe. The 2 cats on the xpipe were un-monitored but from that video they seem to actually BE monitored? Does your test vehicle have NPP or no?

- Why do you guys think the NPP and XPipe are actually ONE piece now? Which really ruined my dreams of a very easy fix of swapping the xpipe without cutting or anything, just bolt on. C7 npp and xpipe are actually 2 different pipes.

- How many total coolers/heat exchangers/radiators have you guys been able to find so far?

Those are what I can think of atm, I will definitely "harass" you guys for more info whenever I think about it :P

Looking forward to the suspension video! Also, please do clarify if it is indeed MRC or NOT especially if there are any chances to having mrc vs not having it, instead of just shocks and springs being different. Granted if you guys have access to mrc and non mrc vehicles! If not, no biggie!

Thank you guys so much again and can't wait for then next vid!

Thanks for the comment and inquiries! We definitely appreciate the kind words as well.

1. We’ve started taking a closer look at the exhaust system to determine what direction we want to go with our design. Below is a couple images showing the 02 sensors and catalytic converter(s).

Looks like we have two sensors on each bank reading the front catalytic converter. The rearward piece could either be another converter or a resonator. We will be pulling the exhaust off this week to get a better look at the internals. Our vehicle is indeed equipped with the NPP system.

2. It is certainly unfortunately that the exhaust system is constructed in this manner. We hit a similar roadblock with the 15+ Mustang. Fitting a new system required cutting of the stock piping, which is fairly easy and should not be an issue for most. We will be looking at this further to see what our plan is with the SS. Definitely makes things a bit tricky.

3. So far we’ve found the following heat exchangers.

· Primary radiator (Features in tank liquid-to-liquid transmission cooler)
· Secondary radiator (2)
· Liquid-to-air transmission cooler
· Internal liquid-to-liquid differential cooler
· Liquid-to-liquid oil cooler

Thanks again for watching our videos. We should have our suspension video up next week at some point. Our 2SS does indeed have the MRC system.

Thanks
-John
