Heat/Temp Display Issues

I had an issue the other day that I thought fixed itself. I turned my car on and went to turn the heat up and got the below response from the 8 inch display. I doesn't show anything except if the AC is on or off. I drove home and made an apt with the dealer to have it checked. The next morning came out and it was normal so when I went to the dealer they said they checked my software and said there was no updates.

Well today it came back again. Any suggestions....

There was a firmware update from Dec 2015 that fixed a lot of these display issues, have them check again. You can check the FW version yourself, maybe someone can post the FW version from that update to see if it is indeed newer than your current version.

I'm having the same issue on mine. It appears to only happen when I use remote start. I'm taking it to the dealer next week to check for any software updates.

How do I check to see what version I currently have?

Also thinking about today when it happened i didnt remote start. Im trying to think of similiarities between the two days but cant think of any.

In the settings, scroll down to bottom. Should say software version, and click it.

I don't have it from of me, but it is under the main section on the My Link screen, at the bottom, like software info or something like that. I can look later.

I have the software update from December. It does not address this issue. I just had this happen to me the other day.
My car shipped with software version # 23415881.
The December update brought it to 84028481.

That's weird it's not fixed... Received mine early December and went to the dealer for an update and it fixed the issue for me..haven't had it happen since, but now have other software issues I'm hoping to get fixed this Tuesday.

Anyone else having this issue that has / has not gotten it fixed? Went to the dealer for an oil change and asked them to check for an update for this issue and they told me that my car was fully up to date.
