And yes you can get used to it. I've had enough seat time to know. My only point is ........ We shouldn't have to get used to it.
Most have said it did get better. Some trade offs have to happen when developing great looking designs.

We don't, because there's no issue with visibility.

Visibility issues???? Seriously??? If you complain about visibility, it's bc you can't drive. And if that's the only complaint, which is meaningless... That means gm did it right... And besides, just drive the car... It's probably not as bad as everyone talks about, bc most of it is repeated bs... That they read from some site, from some place, that a friend of a friend, told someone...

I have a convertible and with the top up is worse then a coupe as far as visibility goes, and have had no issues or regrets when driving it. My wife drives it most and she is 5'4" at 115 lbs and not once in the year we have owned it has she mentioned anything about poor visibility. But she also hasn't read any of these forums to know about it, but if there was a issue from her, I would know about it. But I know one thing, she doesn't hesitate one bit to take it over her suv.

A longgggg time ago.

Let me re state my fear. We lost the Camaro in 2003 because of poor sales. Not from the hot, bad A$$, V8 that bat th Mustang sales. Those held to the very end. But that volume was obviously not enough to keep the car in production. It was the simple fact that it was a pretty crappy V6 coupe. It had horrid ergonomics, ingress and egress were horrid and there was no trunk storage, and for a hatch it was even worse. So people looking for V8 performance still bought the car. People looking for a coupe to do every day stuff stayed away.......in droves.

I am afraid that with a smaller rear seat, a smaller trunk, and yes poor visibility, coupe buyers may reject the new Camaro.

And as I've always said, I hope I'm wrong.

My concern really has little to do with whether I think visibility is bad. I worry that I4 and V6 buyers that are considering a broader group of cars will......and not buy.

Everyone on this site will pretty much forgive these flaws. Not sure the general car buyers will.

This is a great point. I do think in the past buyers have turned the other cheek because they liked the looks so much. Hopefully that continues. That's what drew me to the 2016 Camaro over the Mustang.
