Does anyone know how far out the stock wheel/tire combo sticks out from the front and rear fenders on a ZL1 1LE

It depends on the camber setting... I've seen ZL1 1LE tired and wheel look sunk into the wheel well.

I understand about the fronts being that way for sure but more interested in the rear measurements

If no one else chime in, i can take some measurements with the caveat i have a ZL1 with ZLE wheels. I would do it right now but the car is up on jacks

Looking down the fender from the top and measuring; looks like ~.75" on the front, and ~.5" in the rear ('18 ZLE)

That’s awesome now my next question is I have a complete set of New wheels
With the stock offsets of a regular ZL1

20x10 ET 20 Fronts
20x12 ET 43 Rears

Looks like I’m definitely going to need spacers for the rears
Need to know if someone has installed these offsets wheels before and any idea of what size spacers I would need for clearance

I had OEM Z/28 wheels on a regular ZL1 before; pretty sure its the same specs as the ZLE wheels. I did not need spacers on the rear, plenty of clearance, but I did need 5mm spacers on the front (or you have to cut the strut brace). I tried going without them for a few days and scratched up the inside of one of my front wheels pretty bad pulling into the driveway. Tbh, it looked a little off with them on there...no that it looked bad, just that the front seemed to be slightly more out than the rear and it messed with my ocd lol.

Ya I here ya with the OCD I’m going to be honest same the difference is Z/28 & ZLE offsets are the same at the rears with an ET of 41

Was checking on different tire sizes
Really want to go with a 335 which will sit flush on a 12” wide wheel but might have to go with a 325 to suck it in a bit for more clearance

My wheels are z1le spec.
They are 19"×11 305 ft 19×12 325 rear
Bc forged mps4s
I did install 3mm spacers ft. and 5 mm back but nut necessary. Protruding is

TLDR: I am confident on what size spacers are needed to get base ZL1 20" wheels to have the same poke as the ZLE 19" wheels. BUT what I do not know is if the extra OD height of the ZL1 tire/wheel will cause interference on the rear with the 30 series tires.

It depends on the tire brand/model. My PSC2s in 345/30/19 fit fine on my ZLE, but other tires in 345 will not fit at all.

After moving wiring harness I can run PSC2 345s on track in NASCAR banking at 130 MPH+. That being said PSC2 on ZLE suck on track, so I only use them as a street tire.
