Doing a very good job. I'd get that unlocked with HP Tuners and you'll probably see some improvement with some trans tuning.

I know on the 2020 SS A10 you can not unlock since GM went to the T93 TCM. The 2019 SS A10 had the T87a. I have not heard if the ZL1 gets the newer TCM for 2020, but I assume that all models get the new TCM that is not unlockable for 2020+.

I have the t93, I got a spare and mailed it to hp tuners only to learn they have not unlocked them so I'm stuck for now at least.

Exclamation

Went back to Portland last night and played with the air in the slicks as well as the launch rpm, ran the slicks up to 16psi and launched at 2500 rpm. Got my 10.99 I've been chasing!! Still amazed that a stock car runs this fast!!!

So is that 10.9 bone stock on a ZLE with nothing more than drag radials and Race gas? Or just 93?

Either way, that’s an amazing time.

Radial slicks, race gas and we did pull some fuel out on top end at track last week not really a tune in my opinion.

Nicely done.

Leaded fuel? I used to get a few hundred miles before the O2’s would shit out. Av gas burns them even quicker. Cats, don’t know.

Depending on mix ratio, you can lean out quite a bit on say 110-114 leaded. Not to mention bumping timing. Used to set knock tables to zero for false knock.

BTW, that’s enough MPH to go 10.6’s.

I've been using the MS109 which is an unleaded so I don't kill the o2s or the cats.

I'm thinking about doing the e85 kit as its a lot cheaper then the ms109. I'm paying $112 for 5 gal which is nuts. I can buy 55 gal of e85 for under 150 and then cut that down to like e50 and still make more power then I have now.

Solid ET and mph. Are you just running the e85 tune and slicks, stock everything else?

It looks like the DA was around +900 yesterday at Woodburn:

Interesting info in here...

I read many comments recommending to launch without launch control at the track with slicks is best.

Now, when launching @ 1500 RPM with foot break, do you recommend gradually flooring it upon releasing the breaks?
Or do you go WOT immediately upon releasing the breaks?
I guess the latter would blow off the tires.

But still, I need to ask to learn from all of you with more experience.

I just want to improve my 60ft ... The lowest I've managed so far is 2.0

The ZL1 is a decent drag race car but it's really designed and intended for road course races.
