New drag radials available

Has anyone got the new nitto NT555R2 drag radials? They come in stock ZL1 size 305/30/20 so no fitment problems. They promise better 0 to 60 foot times with softer side walls. I plan on getting them as soon as I peel down my present tires. ( that won't take long) Longing for better hook.

Don’t have them but they look interesting.

I got them a few weeks ago. Good so far but I haven't had an opportunity to really get into them yet though. They seem about what I'd expect, better than the 555R, not as good as the MT's. I wanted something I could use around corners and at higher speeds so, for me, the MT's weren't right this time around.

Also, not crazy the rim sticks out a little. I would have preferred some sort of rim .guard...

Seems like Nittos have always ran narrower than other tire companies with same size tires. Not sure the reason.

Actually works to the advantage of us supercharged SS guys. The NT555R in 305 size actually fits the stock 9.5” SS rear wheels fine. Quite a few of us are running them. Not sure how the new NT555R2 will fit yet though.
