The whole width of the fender is a bit extended...the flare is wider, but so is the front, like you mentioned. ZL1 has a slightly wider front track than the SS.

And the SS 1LE front wheels poke out just an itty bitty little bit vs the ZL1 because of all that. My theory is the wider front fenders actually benefit the ZL1 1LE more than the regular ZL1, itself.

just ordered the ZL1 add-on 5 mm spacers
so hopefully will look less dorky in the winter time

Sorry to dig up an old thread. Can we use the 5mm spacers with stock zl1 lugs? Thats ok?
