I would be surprised if you didn't notice better throttle response with that CAI. Extra HP I would assume a small increase. Just like anything in life - you get what you pay for.

On my old Cobalt SS you would let out airpressure on each tire in sequence to have them re-learned. Not sure about this car as I have not looked into it yet.
