Couple of them 1/8 worked, while most was happy at 5/32, and 427 built to party took 3/16ths. This was with a Gen 5 can though. I'm have a Gen 6 here to swap if it ever cools down enough in Florida...

On the coated header input, only coatings I have seen last is Swaintech and Jet Hot 2500 coating. All the cheaper stuff will degrade on the primaries due to the heat produced and fail at some point....

Haven’t took the ZL1, but I go every year with my BMW S1000RR. Road and surrounding area is amazing to drive/ride. It’s also very dangerous area with multiple fatalities yearly.

Blower and heads off and it will be really easy out the top. Make the top bellhousing bolts much easier also. They suck from under the car.
