LT4 Supercharger bleeder tool!

I was having higher than expected temps on my IAT 3 and Ted at JRE recommended this tool. It's probably the best $89 I've spend on a tool!

It fits on a water bottle or a 2 liter bottle. To attach to the fill port/bleeder valve. Just pull the gold housing upward, then put the fitting on the fill port. It slips and snaps on the bleeder/fill port and locks in place when you let go and it's liquid tight. When your done, pull the housing back upward and pull the bottle off. All the excess liquid stays in the bottle and NO MESS! It was a breeze bleeding out the reaming air in my SC coolant system!

Thats a great option for those who do not have or want an expansion tank! As I dont see any on the market that fit away from the headers :(

I am trying to fit in a Magnuson tank now, but they just dont fit anywhere good :(

The Magnuson is a nice tank! I do have the DMS Fender Tank. But, it is so much easier to bleed and top off at the SC fitting than the fender tank. If I'm not careful, I've overfilled the fender tank and only noticed once I saw coolant on the floor!

I have a Cordes expansion tank and it's not mounted by the headers. It's right behind the radiator in front of the belts.

+1 on the LSA Conversion supercharger reservoir kit. I installed mine last week. Looks OEM, increases the amount of coolant in the system and is much easier to bleed and fill than the stock system. I ran my return line close to the fender and stock airbox.

The only problem with these pop bottle adaptors, is you cannot control the purge valve. I cut the centre out of mine, so I can use a
Poker to purge when I want. And also withdraw the leftover antifreeze from bottle, before I disconnect from the system without introducing air.
