NJ Motorsports Thunderbolt track day
Well five of my good friends rented track for the day! Wow.. Open track from 9-5 equals tons of time.
Used some of it getting lessons from one of the fastest T1 racers and was able to cut 1.29 with his extra weight super hot Temps and used "take offs" Happy with results and looking to see what cooler Temps and new tires will do. 1.27 should be there, that's hauling for a full interior street car! Updates on car's alignment are now set at camber front with 1.9 in the rear. |

Those laps make my PDR videos look slow, and I rarely get passed.
Seems like the tires are working awesome for you. I'm working toward achieving a little more grip too: - Hoosier R7s in the stock ZL1 size on order. According to Tire Rack they should be delivered the first week in August. - I plan to get at least -3.0 front camber using this approach: https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=526353 - I'm replacing the front springs with the shorter springs (mine was an early '17 that came with the taller springs.) Hopefully my car will hold in the turns similar to yours when it's finished.

Travis I run camber plates and B&R rear toe rod ends. I also recommend running zl 1le solid rear sub frame bushings although they SUCK to instal!
