New short block
Looks like I'll be needing a new short block due to a seized motor, still unknown what the cause was. My question is should I bump it up to a 416? Full bolt ons, cam, whipple and dsx aux fuel.

Are we talking about a LT1 or LT4?
Warranty work or out of pocket? |

Is the block you have reusable? If so find an engine builder. If you need a new short block hit the junk yards.

Good news is that you can get a new mill from GM...top to bottom....swap in your accessories and be back in action...
Not sure what your mods and tune were but somewhere someone eff'd it away... May want to go back and carefully figure out what failed and why...otherwise you could be here again. |
