That's a shame, the dealership I worked at for years didn't mess around, we prided ourselves on doing shit the right right and no mess around....it pisses me off that dealerships pull that shit.

Great question...tell him you did not get the survey yet and you don't want to burn them but will unless you get some satisfaction.....trust me, in 98 pct of the dealers, heads will roll.....

That is ridiculous, just another reason I hate bringing my vehicles in. Try to go to a dealership that you can get to know the service manager and the advisors, it does help most of the time, especially with GM deslerships. Such a shame this crap still happens, GM need to slap some of theese dealerships around and straighten them out!

Wow! Don't let them get a pass on this. I'd contact GM directly and demand the dealership be held accountable for this behavior.
