Be careful, the dealer used a flat head to pry off my door panel one time and now it's permanently gouged showing. I can tell they didn't use plastic trim removal tools smh didn't even align it that's what they were supposed to do anyway.

I hear you guys on that! I am going to look today as finally the weather is good. If i were to do anything it would be to jam something in between rather then mess with removing the panel at all. I will try and update later today or by tomorrow on my findings.

Had the same rattle right before my door lock went out on passenger side.. dealer said wire had come lose from braket for lock system and was tapping aginst trim..no more "bass" problems either had them check both guess i was just lucky they shared the same fix.. classic chevrolet has a very decent service department..

the tape solved my rattle. But i do get some serious vibrations from the panel that makes some noise but no more rattle at all. I can listen with the volume at a decent level now and not be completely annoyed.

anyone have a video of the rattle, vs. just vibrations? Originally I thought I had a rattle, because of the square piece, but it seems like maybe it has nothing to do with that (ie, no rattle at all). touching or holding the square piece doesn't really affect anything for me even though the piece is loose

Have you tried tapping the square plugs already, then seeing if your rattle/vibrations are gone?

I mentioned that I tried this fix, and I thought it helped, but I am seeing now that it didn't. I know there was a video posted before but the link is broken. I just think the rattle is coming from a slightly different spot.

My rattle is coming from this. Anyone else have this problem and possibly have a fix for it.

Think I'm in the same shoes. Only way to fix it would be to take it apart. A temporary fix is to put pressure on there as you're driving stops the rattle but not practical or comfortable all the time...

This car has so many rattles and creaks. My 2014 was so quite when driving it was nice. Ive been messing with my car ever since i bought because so many plastic on plastic rattles. Really chevy? Hopefully their next gen they will line a lot of these areas with a thin rubber molding, etc. I should not have to fix creaks and rattles on a new 45k dollar car... Also, id never take it to a dealer for plastic on plastic noises. They will just rip it apart and cause scratches or make it worse, etc. They dont care. You either fix it yourself or deal with it. My only gripe with the car. THE PLASTIC. Which I can tell they tried to to their best with but damn, my gfs $14k kia is quieter. I already fixed a few noise issues myself, but i'm still annoyed I even had to.
