A little bummed by this news, but not surprised.
Still no clue how some guys are getting invoice pricing though.

I have stated a bunch of times in different threads, the way I was able to get invoice pricing was due to the fact that I have been doing business with my dealer for 10 years. I have purchased a few new vehicles from them over the years as well as countless service visits, so they have gotten quite a bit of $ from me in that time frame. I have also referred people there as well to purchase vehicles and have their vehicles serviced there too...now if I was somebody off the street that went to that dealer or another one with no prior history, I probably would have a tough time getting invoice at this point.

Ive been using mine for six years, bought two new Camaro's from them. I guess I could try asking for invoice, but I doubt ill get it.

I would definitely try! That is still quite a bit of business that you have done with them. They will never offer invoice, trust me you have to ask. I had to push a little but I am also working with the new car sales manager, so he knew that I am not somebody off the street, but in turn a valuable customer that has spent a lot of money there.

Dealer told me they would honor my employee discount, had them write it out on my printerd workbench sheet. I also have been with them for 6 years, 1 camaro and a equinox purchased from them

Ehhh, I'm no fool. I get these cars because I love them, and I want to be the first to start developing new parts for the community. It's a win-win.

BTW, I wouldn't count out supplier pricing until we absolutely know it isn't happening. It isn't unprecedented for a new launch to have it, and nobody knows if it will or won't be available. At this point, it's pure speculation.

Should know for sure by the 1st or 2nd of November. Last to updates on the supplier site were the beginning of the month. And by this time November the Camaro should be deep in production.
