The ZL1is a $70k car the Granatelli wires are $200. It has been proven that they are the best, why get anything else?

I'd do the 12" wires. Did you already change plugs? If not you can also get the one step colder plugs from Speed Engineering, they have a good deal on those also.

I tried running MSD’s and the JDP Taylor wires with the braided sleeves and both burnt out quickly from touching a rushed to production, high dollar header, that was ceramic coated. I ended up swapping my problem header out with a revised version and then went with these ceramic MSD’s from Ton’s performance. The bend turns away from the primaries very well and it’s certainly not going to burn through like the other two brands. No matter what you choose understand that those sleeves do absolutely nothing if it touches the primary. These new wires do a great job but a decent header is a must as well.

I have ARH 2" headers and the MSD Wire weren't touching and still burned one. I switched to Granatelli and no problem whatsoever.

The Speed Engineering 12" wire let you have the extra length to rotate them around to keep them off the primary tubes.

Have TSP on my ZL1 and Granatelli on the C7Z. Both have worked without issue.

My Granatelli wires lasted exactly one five session track day at Road Atlanta. I replaced the melted wires and installed DEI boots and the wires seem to be holding up fine now. If you have headers you will definitely need the boots. My headers are ceramic coated. I doubt if I could have made it out of the driveway with uncoated headers and unprotected wires.

A second on the Katech plug wires, which replaced MSD’s, and remedied a misfire on my modified LS7. MSD’s removed from my car were not damaged by physical contact with aftermarket Kooks headers, and had also been recently replaced. Boots have always covered the plug and MSD plug wire connector at the plug. Quality / durability of MSD’s plug wires has reportedly declined in recent years.

I'm looking at the GPI,TSP and Granatelli wires. After shipping and tax, they are pretty close in price so I'm leaning towards the Granatelli wires, but it looks like they are 10". Anyone think this is enough for 2" ARH headers?
