It's amazing that my 2017 Camaro 2SS is holding up in value. Sticker was 46k in 2016 when I purchased it almost 9 years ago. Paid just over 42500.

Just ran mine. Only options I'm missing from my 2SS would be the big brakes and Recaros. 28,000 miles. Trade in $27 to $31.

Dang! That's great! AT LEAST you CAN get a value. I've been trying the last 2 years to get one on my ZL1(Just to see how it's doing)but it always comes up with "No Information Available"

Withdrawals are over! Xpel Prime XR Black tinting was completed today. 20% on the rear window (ties the roof and trunk wrap together) and 55% on the sides (does not look quite as dark in person). Happy with the results!

Kudos to Imperial Works in Sacramento for another job well done!

Trivia note: First time I've had car windows tinted...

Side windows look a bit light, which is understandable at 55%, and you got the most important aspect (UV protection) either way.

Quick question, why didn't you have them tint the windshield as well?

Is 55% the legal limit in CA?

70% is the legal limit, which is stock from my understanding.

  • Windshield allows transparent strip on top 4-5 inches.
  • Front side windows must pass through more than 70% of light inside your car (70% VLT).
  • Back side windows and rear windshield can have any darkness.

1.5 hours for the BCM recall update then a lil lunch at Bo'jangles followed by a spirited drive! Next week getting the windows tinted.

No pics but replaced the battery and added another ground cable in the engine compartment.
