Would this kit be hard to install for someone that's decently mechanically inclined? It says it's a true bolt-on kit.

I would think it would be easier than a centri or PD. no belt to tie into anything....id think the hardest part would be installing the turbo manifolds? Just speculating.

That and oil return lines maybe.

Yeah not sure I agree with that. I watched that video and it looks a lot more involved than my ProCharger. That was actually very easy to install.

Did I miss the TV magic where they drilled and tapped the pan while on the car and did NOT clean out the turnings?!

This would the most difficult system to install compared to PD or Centri. Alot more relocating involved with this setup. Centri is the easiest being the exhaust, intake manifold, nor crank pulley need to be removed.

Hello.

Our system is more involved in that it includes the headers with the system. If you have to install a Centri/PD and headers the installation is very similar.

We are very proud of this system, and its performance is like no other

What else is needed to do with this kit to make it fit a ZL1 other then the obvious intake manifold change?

From what we understand just a manifold change. We have one coming in soon that we will document and have a complete kit for.

my procharger went on in a day, meth kit and cosmetic stuff the next day, tuned the following day, 230whp in a weekend.

I highly doubt a turbo kit with a decent amount of relocation is even comparable.

I'd leave this one to your local horsepower gurus.
