Well if it is any consolation when I was out at the track a few weeks ago, no i didnt take my blown car tiz my daily and not on tire so I need those to things to change before i risk going KABOOOOOOM (makes me a puss so be it loll)... ANYWAY A zl1 ran the same exact time back to back to back.

I know everyone beat that horse but once you get on tire that'll change drastically. Good on you for actually going out there and putting it all to the test!

thx I plan on going back regularly and improving as I go. The best part is I got my wife convinced it's a nice family outting... so got the green light that when we refresh her vehicle we are getting a GMC Sierra and a trailer for next season.

THIS IS VERY OFF TOPIC... but does anyone recommend a good video editor for Windows 10? I tried to trim my PDR videos because there is too much junk and me cursing in them LOL and I dont want you being THAT entertained when I share! Looks like MS abandoned Movie Maker which was perfect for simple edits like this. The GoPro software wont let me edit non-GoPro sourced content... sigh.

I'd say for peace of mind put it on a dyno for one or two pulls, shouldn't cost more than 60-70 bucks. There's a lot of MPH missing from those slips.

Yeah its me not knowin how to drive. When I watch the videos I hit 121@Trap (even tho slip says 118) and then 127 just past the trap really believe it's all me... I only got 3 passes behind me since stepping into this M6 (with Supercharger torque at that) funny that my highest speed was launching with 2nd gear as an experiment.

But you are right I should get it on dyno.

You're closer to 500whp unless you let off early. My traps didn't change much from runs where I had to pedal off the line vs runs I was able to go WOT quickly and stay WOT.

Windows 10 video editing, Camtasia is one of the best. I use it at work for software demos. Just as good as anything on the MAC.

Wish I had PDR. :(

Dont mean to necro this but Davinci Resolve is the best free editor out there. Professional grade video with color correction and audio editing all built in all for free.

Go to Lapeer if you want to get tons of practice, and faster times Second week i had my car i was able to squeeze an 11.4 there, but the shutdown area there is pretty bad at anything over 100mph....

EDIT: I see you're in Lake Orion, so you are decently close to Lapeer already. Great place to practice.

Yeah I was there with my Charger SCAT last summer it's definitely on the list for dialing it in next year. What sucked about Milan was that when I was invited to go I had envisioned the trip to Lapeer and figured I could hotlap it more.... but no Milan was all official, time trials, brackets.... I got THREE PASSES.... that sucked barely got to get an idea how to launch at all... Lapeer is next visit when I get my rear setup.
