And, IDK wtf GMPP is thinking.. GM in general..
The missed opportunities on this platform, with staged performance packages, is lame.
Two reasons why I think they won't ever make staged performance packages:

1. The LTG is NOT the 'performance' engine offering, the LGX is.

2. In line with #1, they don't want to overshadow the LGX by making the LTG more powerful for less money.

I have been having my parts guys run the intake p/n once a week hoping that it becomes available eventually. I'd like to get my hands on the new cal to compare to the factory one and play around with those on the dyno.

Hey man don't worry about your car with Tracy and Karen. Coming fresh into the scene with my camaro and never being influenced by past issues I can say Tracy is one of the nicest mechanics I have ever met. Personality and backing up your work is #1 to me and he has done this better then anyone else I have ever dealt with in my opinion.

There are alot of respected opinions on these forums but I can tell you from first hand experience He is a good guy trying to run a Honest business.

Your friend that is going to dyno your car is that tucker performance I am assuming?

Such an awesome guy as well its very hard to find just good ole people in this industry now a days its so over-saturated with money hungry ready to never talk to you again businesses.

Yep, going to see Mark Friday. He truly is a good guy and a talented technician.

I am not worried about Tracey, I don't think he is a bad person either.

Update: dyno parts did not show up and looks like they will not tomorrow either. Appt will need to be rescheduled for next week. On a brighter note, my spare ecm showed up today...now I have to dig out my laptop and HPT cable from the Cobalt.

What's great is that I can keep going back as I swap stuff out.

I have the Mishi silicone on order and should have a cat less downpipe in the next month or so. I want to get them dyno'd seperately and together to see how the graphs changes...

Did you do any data logging to see why it's dipping power from 4300-4500?

Unfortunately, I have not been able to get a config set up yet on my laptop. My buddy had his laptop connected but did not save the file.
