I'm experiencing the same issue also. Just got the 11925CFBA + 60610 installed and have CEL code P069E, P12E8, P12F7.

Is it possible to still have initial batches of 60610 still in circulation? In any case, I need this issue resolved!

The only way to know for sure is to check the AFM valves.

I'm about to install the 60609 on my wife's SS. Could someone be so kind as to post a photo of what the correct valves look like.

I've been looking around the web, I'm wondering if this is what the holes should looks like?

Can you post a picture of your valves since they are not yet installed? Have to take a picture looking into the pipe.I haven't checked mine yet.

Mine doesn't look like that. Give me 5 minutes.

Just got off the phone with a Borla tech. I described my valve hole to him and he confirmed that I have the newest design. Hole in the center...on either side of the center bar.

Hello,
We are sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your system. The specific codes you listed are not related to the the valves not having holes, we can guarantee that this problem has been corrected and x-pipes are shipping with correctly made valves. It seems like your AFM valves may be operating outside the ideal range which will cause those codes. That said, we'd be more than happy to replace this for you. Our Customer Service Manager, Chris, will be reaching out to you today.
(I received your email and passed it along to Chris so that he can contact you and make sure you are taken care of.)

Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

Thank you,
