Custom ZL1 sound tube?
Has anyone tried making a custom sound tube? I was considering rotofab for more whine but that could have warranty implications and I never believe the increased hp hype anyway.
What if we took a ridged flexible pipe like the ss and ported it to the same firewall location (anyone know where that is and if the zl1 has the same firewall hole? Pics?) and then just made a small hole in the stock airbox for the other end of the tube? The pipe and end fittings are at home depot if I recall.. probably cost $20. Thoughts?

I was able to grab these two screen shots from Lethals's tube removal video :
Thanks Lethal! Looks like it will be easy to get to the firewall location, the question is, is the hole there on the zl1? I doubt theyd make a new firewall stamp just for the zl1.
