Here you can see a pretty major difference in the stability of the DSC Controller. If you watch the steering angle and corner speeds you can see how much less steering angle i have to use with the dsc controller and how much quicker i can get to the throttle because the car is settled.

Does this imply you can get softer suspension with the DSC than you can with the stock mag ride setup? I'd be into that - caddy soft would be nice some days.

Very nice video comparison lmcgrew79
![]() Absolutely! That's one of the major points of the DSC controller; adjustability to suit. Of course there's a rational bandwidth with regards to the dampers min and max damping force, but the controller lets you dictate if you want full min or full max, or anywhere in between, with regards any operational parameters. IMO there's also a practical limit to reasonably match the dynamic wheel rate. Overly soft or overly firm damping at specific damper velocities would be sloppy tuning.

Shave of some time at 0:23 by waiting to turn in and staying right until the dotted line of the access road. I'm eager to try this DSC, I think I can break into the 1:20:00s with it.

Man, that's really noticeable in turn 10, your carrying WAY more speed through the corner with almost 28 degrees lest steering angle than without the controller at peak steering angles. There is also a little "flick" at apex stock and no "flick" on the DSC video. That "flick" on the stock scrubs just a little corner speed and upsets the traction control just a bit, since the DSC run doesn't do this, your golden!

Thanks for sharing, Luke!
Luke has also been really great about gathering data. I published some of his findings in an article here for those who would like to analyze this a little bit further: http://www.dscsport.com/2017/08/11/t...-game-changer/ |
