Carmax just goes by trim levels. Although it looks like they valued yours as a 2SS. They will turn around and sell it for $35k which is what market value is for your car with 11k miles.

Carmax used to be ok with their appraisals, but they just suck now. I used to go there first, but now I don't even bother.
