Matt
Mind explaining how you ran it? I.e. what trim will have to be removed to do this as well. I am hesitent to remove trim in this vehicle lol

Hey Senior

I have both, but my radar is a little concealed since Im in VA(Illegal here). Ill take a pic tomorrow and update this thread. But basically, I have 2 configurations for the radar. I switch them depending on where Im going(city or highway).

Config A. It sits high in behind the mirror with the original suction cup mount.(highway)

Config B. Radar Sun Visor clip(city)

While the camera is still centered behind the mirror the radar sits to the left of the camera(towards the driver side). Installation wise I went with a Pro. They charged me $90.

I recently did a Cold Air Intake that deleted my sound tube. So I ran wiring from the front fuse box through the sound tube hole and up to the windshield area to power both my radar and cam. It works perfect, powering on when I start the car and off when i turn it off. If you want the fuses I tapped, I can send you that info as well as post some pics. However, there's a simpler solution (I ordered this and am awaiting the harness with extra leads for the cam)....http://www.gen5diy.com/Chevrolet/Cam...ector-Harness/

I did the same with my the wiring for my jammer. It made it so much easier to install everything.

so, i would i assume this set-up with the wire harness is SAFE. right? no tendency for any overloads and issues in that matter? hehe pardon me, im a dummy when it comes to wiring and electric set-ups.
