Some of the terminals in these connectors are very small and poor tension can be an issue. It can only take one terminal with poor tension to cause this type of concern.
Good to know, I'll make sure to ask them about it tomorrow morning when I go in to see them.

After 3 full business days it is coming time to take it to a new dealer with a more competent and responsive technician.

Yeah Im starting to lean that way. I went to this particular one because it was the dealer I bought it from, but depending on what they tell me in the morning I may be taking it elsewhere.

Time to have them send a GM Engineer down. They know the cars inside and out....don't they?

ECM or check the harness on the front of the engine near the serpentine belt....it may be worn from contact...

I'll be sure to do this. They're supposed to be contacting GM today and getting back to me tomorrow. Will post another update when I mention this and hear what they have to say. Thanks for the advice

Thanks for the hookup, I couldn't find much in my searches. I'll be sure to mention all these (especially about wiring harness wear) to them tomorrow. Hopefully they take it well and don't get uppity on me like they know everything and that can't be the issue.
