there is a few companies selling rebuilt td04 turbos for the ATS that will bolt right up to the camaro. I have one from turboBay and it made a big difference in power and holding power for another 1000rpms

nope...... but why get old waiting . there's already many options out there. at least 3 companies that I could think of .... I believe turbo bay is only $895,rpm motorsports $1295 and Vermonts tuning bigger turbo for like $1795 I think.. im sure by the end of the year there will be many more

I'll wait til my wallet is fully recovered and some more comparisons are out for them all. Still not one of these companies has dropped their turbo into a car and posted 1/4 mile or dyno charts for them.

There are a few VT and Turbobay builds out there running around. Doesn't matter one bit if it's on a Camaro or an ATS, they will still perform the exact same.

i had a turbobay turbo last summer. performed pretty well. It gave it a broader power band instead of falling off around 5500 it lasted closer to 7000

Here is an excerpt from The original invoice for the turbo I have from them I'd say well worth it compared to some of the other rewheeled turbos out there that don't Have any machine work done. You will find a couple places are very vague about what is done to their turbos. Stay away from those.
