HA! I'm no professional automotive technician, nor am I an internet mechanic. I have exactly zero formal training. Like most enthusiasts, I learn by doing. I'm fortunate to have a lot of friends in the community that have been willing to work with me, or have let me work on their projects. That is the best way for an enthusiast to end up with a master level understanding of anything!

I've been a professional automotive technician for over 26 years which allows me access to my shop equipment and personal tools. As I make changes to the car I'll update the forums.
Welcome to the Psych Ward. Clearly you can see that camaro6.com keeps all their crazies in here!

What do you plan on doing with you car? What are your goals? There is a lot of good information here and on the Cadillac ATS forum as well!

I am and have been a ASE Master Technician & L1 Advanced driveability technician since the early 90's. I have never been to a trade school. I have never studied for these tests or recertification tests. I am well experienced in Domestic , Asian and European diagnostics and repair. I also am experienced in Diesel diagnostics and repair old and new.
I have worked in independent repair shops my entire career, except for a short time in a GM dealership.

Welcome, friend.

I'd like to see some 'before' pictures of your ride before you start improving it!
