Gotcha. So when you take off the sound tube, there's no more artificial engine noise being piped into the cabin? Does it also work as an intake sound baffle to where when you remove it there's more noise coming from the engine under load?

My personal impression is that the sound tube does nothing at all. If you remove it you technically would hear less. Some intake vendors include a delete for this tube (and include the plate to go over the hole in the firewall).

Not as silly as BMW pumping fake noise into the radio on the M5, but silly IMO all the same haha!

You can mount the Elite can anywhere you can find a good spot and the Medium L bracket for the E2-X should allow you to mount from the strut tower as well. E2 and E2-X have 1/4 turn high quality chromed brass ball valves for easiest emptying.





Comes standard with close to $100 worth of AN fittings and valves, etc. and the billet clamp allows you to lower, raise, clock in any direction for flexibility in mounting.


Add braided lines for a real professional look if desired as well.
