Pull the #4 fuse. Blow on it, then re-install it. Car should haul ass at that point.

Weird. I had a similar issue with my Grand Sport at the drag strip. I found it was linked to a low air pressure in the rear tires. One of the old time drag racers who told me to pull one of the relays and that solved the issue for the rest of LS Fest 2015.

Sure enough, in first gear at WOT it totally cut power at 5600 RPM. I was actually relieved and he was able to capture the data. They are discussing with Chevy Tech support and it has been made a priority. They are bringing in an Area Specialist in the next couple of days and I will take the car back up there when he gets here. Also, several of you guys suggested ECM refresh or computer related. Local dealer can not refresh codes without Chevy being directly involved. I will keep you updated. I think it has to be simple because it hasn't shown any other symptoms or issues.
They will fix it. If it was Ford...maybe not so much.

I was told by dealer that there is a service bulletin about this happening in hot and humid days at WOT. It appears there is a batch of bad air filter that collapses and restricts air flow. Computer takes over and shuts down? I have a new air filter in as of today and we will see if that corrects issue.....

Seems to me if this was the issue it wouldn't just happen on 0 to 60 runs.

Air filter collapse could be caused by vacuum pressure which is higher from a 1st and 2nd gear run, then as the RPM's stay up higher the vacuum pull on the airbox will drop and not pull on the filter as hard.

I don't think that would be it, but that is just me. There is no stepped break in the ECU's, so it wont be that at all. My guess is a software issue of some sort that is tied to a system commanding a restricted lower fuel cutoff as that is what it sounds like the OP is running into.

Another reason why Rotofab should be mandatory. Engine needs more air.

So you do 0-60 in first gear?
What modes are you in?
Launching?

The Hennessey video that was posted a while back was in Auto mode and 1st and 2nd never hit the redline. Took 2nd gear to hit 60. I'm assuming this is because it was in Auto.
