8,200 miles on my M6.....no issues.....other than burning oil a bit.

Ya but again, if its a stock bottom end and at most a cam swap, they shouldnt have done anything affecting oil squirters i would imagine.

This shop works on my car. It was a '16 Z06, not a ZL1.

Also FWIW this C7Z came in for a cam install, which is when they found the piece of the piston skirt in the oil pan.

Hell, a LT4 crate engine can be had for about $16K...swap in a new one, add cam and get her back on the road...
