I did not read the full thread because it seems to have been jacked around page 2...
But, Based on the vibration on the A8. I have seen people posting issues with the Torque Converter on the A8. Only putting it in Manual Mode will get rid of the Vibrations. You may have them check the Torque Converter and see if they can replace it under warranty. After they get them replaced they seem to be functioning correctly and eliminating the vibration. They should give you a loaner if they are going to have the car for a while. I would let them attempt to fix before you go investigating lemon law. And don't even bring that up to them. People have literally had their motor crap out and they don't get a new car. I doubt you would. If you take it to the dealer and they don't see the same issue as you then your going to have a hard time with the lemon law. It has to be a proven issue that GM takes responsibility for over and over.
