Should I ask for a new car?

Today I felt the car was vibrating when going at about 1500 RMP between 30 and 60 miles, I though dam! its due to bad pavement but...no! the pavement is perfect, the car shakes and vibrates unless you put the A8 to manual mode!

Can someone help me? Should I get a new car based on the lemon law? I've only had problem after problem with this NEW car and I payed close to 50,000... Not fair, any answers fellas?

Uhhh...take it to dealer and have it fixed?

Lemon law typically only applies if the car is in the shop for almost a full month consecutively or you've brought it in 4-5 times for the same problem with no fix.

Well, you just came to the right place. It looks like you might be experiencing the same issue with my last 2016 (a8). Dealer thought it was transmission issue and reported to GM demanding a new transmission part. But GM didn't respond for 3 months... Long story short, they wrote me a check for full refund.

My suggestion:
Go to the dealer and have them fix it. Get yourself a nice loaner car.
If it's fixed, then just move on.
If you are unlucky like me, 30 days (at least in CA) and no update, call GM lemon car number and ask them nicely for a replacement or check.

Dealer is the first stop. Your a long ways away form considering lemon-law? This could be something simple like you lost a weight on wheel throwing it out of balance...

I payed 49,000 which is almost 50,000. Should I put the cents I payed also? Looks like you are too bored or have nothing to do... If you don't want to help then don't post stupid comments, have enought on my plate and now have to deal with stupid comments... Hopefully you never encounter any problems with your car.
