Dont forget, they do take random cars from the line for further inspection to ensure quality control. This could have been one of them.

Mine was delivered with 2 miles. I specifically asked the dealer to make sure it wasn't driven and if it absolutely had to be driven as part of the PPI process that it wasn't excessive. Personally, anything over 10 miles suggests it has been driven and that opens up the uncertainty of how it was driven during those miles. For those of us that care about that, it's a big deal.
