bmr rear suspension parts ?
I want to run 8's some day. I currently need at minimum toe rods and cradle lock out. I am wondering what other parts I should install while I am in there to prepare for my end goal.
I don't want to buy parts that will increase noise and vibration if they are not needed but will live with it if I have to. do I need to buy upper trailing arms? if so non adjustable or single adjustable? do I need to buy lower trailing arms? if so non adjustable or single adjustable? do I need to buy upper control arms? if so non adjustable or single adjustable? are there other parts I should consider buying while I am there?

For the power levels and stress that car will be seeing, I would highly recommend going with all of those components in adjustable form. The decision would come down to you for on car versus single adjustable. They will only create a slight increase in NVH, but the strength and traction they provide will more than make up for it. The toe rods and cradle lockout will complete the puzzle back there.
I can put you together a package deal on all of these components and save you a little money and ensure you are getting the best parts for your combo |

I'm in the same boat as parish8 (just way less power) I would like to button down the rear end as much as practical without greatly increasing NVH. Car is a daily driver first, but will eventually see around 600hp and some stickier (not slicks) summer tyres. Will be also used for HPDE days and the 1320. Thank you! *edit* I find the rear end is 'sloppy' even at the stock power level.

I think the rear is way too busy at stock power as well. Even a stock SS will drive over the top of the tires at lower speeds and hard throttle. Getting a 4.0s 0-60 is a hail mary and everything has to go just exactly right, even when it happens i can tell the car pulls power. Aside from that the rear stepping out to the right at the hit is a bunch of crap.
I think i'm going to do the links aside from the toe links since I don't want to jack with the alignment if i can avoid it. Going all fixed length since mine is a daily driver. Also doing the bushing lockout kit, might start there and work my way out so I can see how it responds and decide where to quit. Hopefully don't need to go cradle braces etc at stock power. Also doing the 1LE sways, since a bigger bar used to help with the rear on my older cars plus its super cheap if you have MRC $165. Basically on a quest to be able to use all the stock power, even if it means a drag radial. Once I get there I will add some more.

even pulling a 5.0 0-60 with the turbo the rear end is squirming around... I won't be adding more power or stickier tires untill its quelled down a bit.

Get lower and upper trailing arms should get rid of your issue.
