ALL the time!! Just before taking it off the road last Fall, I was at Home Depot - parked out in the "back forty". I came out of the Store and there was an older man (around 60) all over my car. Taking pics, looking at it at different angles - I thought he was going to steal it!! When I approached and he found out it was my car, he wanted to know EVERYTHING about it. Said he would die to have a car like this, but no way his wife would go for it, and he just bought a new Ford truck. Well, we shot the breeze for a good 15 minutes, and before he left, asked me to take 5 or 6 pics of him with the car - with his Cell phone. He shook my hand and told me I was a lucky man!

Yup. That made my day.........

I had a 2014 CTS-V coupe before I got my SS, it was stolen and totaled. Honestly, the SS is more fun to drive and the interior is a lot nicer too. Very cool car though, I hated seeing it wrecked out.

Turn heads? My SS breaks necks! There aren't many 6th Gen Camaro's up here--I have barely seen any. A lot of 5th Gens are around though. I feel like everyone has a new Stingray, so those are around everywhere--but the 6th Gen is hardly around (yet). Plus, with everything I have done to my SS, that makes it even more special. I literally see people switching lanes to get next to me plus I get thumbs up, smiles, nods of approval, etc. Can't wait till the good weather is finally here so that I can drive her around more often.

This morning I came out of the grocery store and noticed a white mustang circling the parking lot eyeing up my Camaro....He finally pulled up along side my car and we started talking...Really civilized conversation....He had a nice loud exhaust on his mustang...I could hear it from across the parking lot......I kinda was hoping he would pull up to me so I could talk to him about his car.....He told me how much he really liked my Camaro..............

Was one of my absolute favorite head turners actually. If it was a unicorn (manual transmission) I would have never sold it.

Don't feel bad about the talking thing, it's the same with me. I had alot more conversations when I first got my '06 GTO.

I've noticed people look over but nothing more than they would in any other car. The neck snapping that people talk about on here has not happened. I did get a thumbs up out the window one time last year. That's about it. I don't really care as I'm not a flashy type of guy. I buy cars for me, not to pick up chicks or attract attention.

I don't pay much attention to most peoples reactions to my cars because I own them because I enjoy them. That being said, my wife and I went wine tasting with some friends last weekend. Our friends were driving his black AMG 63 Mercedes SL, which is a stunning automobile. We were in our summit white 2SS vert. At two wineries a couple young hotties commented "nice Camaro", with never a word about the beautiful Benz.

As for myself, I find myself admiring the Camaro more than I have any other car I have owned, and I've owned some beautiful Porsche's and Jag's. To my eyes it pays excellent homage to the 67-69 Camaro's while still looking completely modern and muscular.

I feel like all of them are unicorns. I search from time to time for exactly what I want and I find higher mileage examples (50K miles plus) or nothing at all. They definitely hold their value--I can't believe what people are asking for them. I know the Camaro has much better technology, but that CTS-V wagon is such a rare car and I love the lines of it.

Picked up my car on monday and I've gotten a lot of compliments and love from family & people I already know, but today I got my 1st thumbs up with extended stares from strangers today and that was really cool!!
