Well there you have it. No baseline, no idea what your percentage gain is. With just a tune change though that's a big improvement.

As always, a chassis dyno is only good as a relative measurement tool. Your best bet would be to get someone with a stock SS A8 to dyno theirs on the same dyno, then you can get some idea what your baseline might've been.

Here's my dyno run with the all the nannies off/on. Be sure he does the full 10 sec hold on the mode switch to shut them completely off. Took us a while to figure this out.

Wow. That's a big difference. Is yours a manual or Auto? 91 or 93?

The numbers look good to me. Futral is a very good/respected shop. They know what they are doing.Been in the lsx game for a very long time.

The lower number on my dyno graph was in competition mode. You can see the quick spike and drop in the beginning of the graph that shows that even in competition mode, there are still some protection nannies kicking in. Once we figured out how to turn everything off (the 10 sec. hold) the second graph resulted.

Notice the ambient temp in the shop, 97.5*! IATs climbed up to about 130* on each run with a cool down between each run.

This was the first Gen 6 Camaro this shop has done, so it took them quite a while to get the car strapped down just right and get the nannies off; about 4 preliminary runs.

I will say I'm very impressed with Kaizenspeed, the local performance shop. They have become the go-to shop in the northwest for Corvettes and seem to have an inside track on tuning the LT1s and LT4s. They just started producing stage I and stage II FBO packages for our local dealer (Camaro and Corvette) with full GM-like warranty and will be expanding these packages to other dealers in the northwest. Some time in the future when I break out of my Edelbrock warranty, they will be doing a full boat tune on my car.

Oops, forgot to ask about timing pull and knock. Pull those up on your SCT and report back.

Well, I going to run with this tune for a while and see how she does. I definitely noticed more power and have no CEL's or any other problems. Yes Alan Futral is well known for his expertise in tuning these type of engines. I have very little knowledge when it comes to tuning. Maybe later I will install headers and cold air then retune and see what I get. Thanks for all the responses, I appreciate it.
