Forum & Vendor Apology.

So for along time now I've been running the aftermarket list and trying to sort information so that we can all benefit from a place where we can receive reliable help and information as well as ideas.

In the more recent past few months we've had some great new releases and some great discussions. I have also had a few as I look back unacceptable string of arguments with members of the community for someone who's suppose to try and help get information and ideas out there. Whether it's my own ego, someone else's, the crap new England weather or a mutual disagreement on a vendor, method or product this is not why I came to this forum and took on the project of helping keep things up to date. For that I apologize to everyone and in the future intend to try and remove myself from said arguments.

I fully understand I am not a huge authority on a 2.0T Camaro in fact aside from possibly GM or a legitimate vendor no one is because very few have really tested the cars capabilities most everything so far has been speculation and shooting from the hip on past experiences. I firmly believe that showcasing every experience had while building this car no matter the vendor, mod or product is integral towards building a great aftermarket community. This includes the good and bad experiences what we should all avoid doing is ridiculing or trashing decisions no matter our own opinions on the idea, subject or vendor. There are very few of us actively on here and we are growing but when I look at the other sections they are all well established platforms and have grown out of these pitfalls I think it's all of our duty to keep the peace and enjoyment of being on this forum and exploring the possibilities of the 2.0T Camaro from here on out.

Haven't been on here long but you have been more than helpful to me and I am sure, everyone out there. Disagreements are what they are. They are also a stepping stone to finding out what works and what doesn't, in my opinion. If everyone agreed on everything, all the time, Phastek and Mishimoto would have a monopoly and there would be no sense in having a forum. That being said, no one likes to see disagreements get personal. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and should expect both positive and negative responses based on individual experience. Some people like to drive prius' and put their car through touch car washes . I like ranch dressing on my pizza (deal with it).

Thought I would give my two cents. As someone like me who is new to the Camaro and new to the exploration of it, I sincerely appreciate every bit of info I can get.

BTW, where the hell did you put a 22" LED bar?????

Behind the front fascia mounted to the fender so it shines out the bottom grill.

Hey man, I have nothing but good things to say about the progress we have all tried to make on expanding our knowledge and experience on the turbo models on this forum. I enjoy reading conversations (and sometimes arguments) that are posted. If we all had the same opinions we wouldn't be able to make progress!

I like your approach to making some of these minor issues come to light but all-in-all I must say this forum is excellent! I was following the Facebook group but if you want to talk about hate and disagreement go over there - SHEESH!

BTW I am always accepting of an apology as a Canadian! lol

Thanks for the post Evil-Bee! I think there are good things to come from this forum. I look forward to our futures and the opportunities that the few of us who are active here now are getting as ground breakers and pioneers.

Nice move man! It's great that you stepped up. For awhile there the enjoyment was sucked right out of this forum for me... Although people seem to have come to their senses recently all around!

I was borderline ready to just say screw it here (don't have the patience for 'bad attitudes'). I tried to mediate once or twice, but that went nowhere and only furthered my fustrations.
I was personally embarrassed for us as a community here and how we were coming across for awhile... Which totally sucks, because for the most part this is an awesome forum/community and most everyone here (especially recently) is only trying to help one another out.

Thanks for putting a voice to the thoughts in my head EvilBee, and for being 'man' enough to post a formal 'sorry and back to the business of smoking tires' thread.

Looking forward to the awesomeness that is on the near horrizon for all of us as a group of likeminded, bada$$, asphalt destroying and force fed individuals!

Couldn't have said it better myself!

Install isn't hard the worse part is getting the front fascia off. I've always used OPT7 LED Light Bars I find the quality to be the same as the 4x more expensive RIGID bars.

It's one of the many things sitting on my back table waiting for the 14+ inches of snow to melt I intend to do full documented photo installs and maybe a few video installs. My final deadline for everything is by the end of April my desired deadline is the day I get my tune done.

In your defense this site has a lot of assholes that just like to argue every damn thing you say as well. So I don't see any issue with you.
