Without the cam I recall the estimated RWHP being approximately what you've stated. They also should add a voltage booster and there are some other smaller parts to factor in. I'd have them include the flex fuel sensor as well. While pumps and injectors will give you the added insurance to address the volume of fuel being delivered, adding some E85 to your gas tank gives you some octane insurance. E85 should also get you up to about 650rwhp. If you don't want to go all out with a cam and changing the injectors (that's where a lot of the labor cost will come from), I think could just do the voltage booster on the LT1 pump and add the LT4 pump. That should be good for another 50rwhp. I'd give Ted a call if you already haven't...he broke all of this down for me already and can answer your questions.

If you have the intake or blower off changing the injectors is about 1/2hour job. From start to finish pulling the intake and swapping injectors and hpfp and putting it back together doesn't take much over an hour.

Ah I just noticed my typo and fixed it..."all out" was supposed to be cam and injectors.

So it sounds like the stock LT1 fuel system can support a Maggie without leaning out too much? So long as you aren't chasing a certain HP number, and looking to spin the charger faster. If your wanting to do more or push the engine to higher HP numbers, you'll need to at least add the HPFP for the LT4 because the stock can't deliver the needed fuel at those higher number. Is this correct?

It would be cool if you added in the pulley used at each power level

The ceiling I found was 575 RWHP on 93 octane with stock LT-1 injectors and HPFP.

I was just checking a few places on prices for the "Lingenfelter Big Bore HPDI pump" and that thing was 1500 bucks and 500 per injector!!! My god man, that will lighten the pocket for sure. And that doesn't even include the one in the tank? Unless I'm missing something my build just got a lot longer to complete.

Hook a brother up! Seriously though I'd really like to know if that's pretty much the norm because I think when installing the Whipple it might make it easier to just install the HPFP and injectors while it's disassembled. Thanks in advance!

So to make sure I'm tracking this correctly, mid-high 500's is still the ceiling for someone on pump gas, regardless of the means of delivery? E85 is not an option and this is my daily driver. Me thinks meth is also not very prudent.
