Just a random thought, could this have anything to do with the fact that the 1LE gets the upgraded ZL1 fuel pump?

I would expect auto to manual drive train losses to be across the board, not just at high end as the graph depicts.

A 20 or so HP loss on an automatic is 4 or 5% is typical and represents the additional driveline loss of an automatic.

Just curious, were these runs on 91 or 93 octane and how many miles were on the 1LE?

Both on 93 octane. 1LE had 1500 miles versus my 3800 miles. I thought it odd they were identical up until about 4800rpm

Fuel pump as in the cam pump or in tank? But stock power levels it shouldn't be an issue there is plenty of fuel.

I would love to know if the 1LE uses either or both the LP or HP fuel pumps of the ZL1. I do believe it has been discussed on these forums that they are the same as the SS though. Would love that to be wrong though.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but everything about the power train, even the fuel pump are the same. I don't' think its like the 5th gen 1LE where all the fuel components are upgraded.

Dirty air filter maybe different days, I'm not a expert but the manual run was on a much cooler day, maybe that helped. Now take them to a drag strip and see who wins

Looks normal and thank you for sharing. Both are great platforms. If you want to go fast in the 1/4 mile, choose the A8. If you want to have a fun car that you have complete control over, M6.
