I really want the revised 6th gear. Living in the mountains of WV, even the interstates have hills that can lug the engine (in 6th). I'd rather not have to downshift just to slightly accelerate from 70 MPH.
When available, I plan to swap the red brake calipers and wheels. The brake calipers should be easy, but the wheels will likely need to be narrowed an inch to fit up front with the MRC. As for the DSSV, I'm thinking that may pose a problem if you want to keep the BCM/ECM happy. |

Why are you all the way up that high in the gears at only 70? You can do 60 in first and I've done 155 in 4th.

Let's not derail the thread here, but I'm pretty sure the intended purpose of 6th is a gas saver at highway speeds. The max speed limit across most of the United States is 70 MPH. Surely 6th gear is okay to use at 70 MPH, and it normally works just fine at that speed. I was just commenting that having a little more leverage in 6th would be nice for WV interstate driving.

I tend to agree that wing does not appear as aggressive for some reason...that car has sexy lines.
