Yeah, it was pretty fun, though. If all works as planned, I'll be doing Buttonwillow next month.

Here are the final results with times. Yes, I beat my friend with the new GT350 by over two seconds.

The three cars that beat me in my class are all modified to be full time attack cars. Not sure about the RX7, but the M3 and NSX were both running Nitto NT01s. I'm content for the first time at the track, and being out of time attack for ~ 3 years.

Good driving bud. Are you running the traction control on? I found personally that even with it turn 'off' it still catches in full traction loss. I have to figure that out.

I've played around with different settings within PTM. Keep in mind, all PTM settings have some variance of driving aids. The only way to turn it off is to hold down the TC button for 5+ seconds while in Sport or Track mode.

It was my first time attack. I did a track day with OnGrid at Thunderhill at the beginning of February.

Haha. I can't remember his name, but yeah. It does a great job of catching itself, even with PTM in Race. I believe I'll be completely disabling everything at Buttonwillow, after I get a few sessions in. I've never been on that track before.
