Wrapped My Hood.!

With no experience with wrap or anything in that category, somehow I managed to wrap my hood by myself. I've always wanted to try it and have watched many videos of people doing it and giving tips so I decided to try it myself and I'm more then happy! Never Give Up!

What product did you use and where did you buy it? I'm assuming the best product out there cannot simply be purchased on Amazon... (similar to window film)

So what is the best product out there that can be purchased by individuals like us?

I Used A Heat Gun From Harbort Fraight, A Squeegee Kit I Found A Autozone and My Hand. Of Course I Clay Bared The Hood Before I Applied The Wrap and I Used A Mothers Clay Bar Kit From Walmart. The Wrap Was From http://metrorestyling.com and It Was The 3M Matte Black Just Like Our 1LE Brothers!

Thanks! It Was Fun Trying it Myself Instead of Paying Over A Hundred Dollars For Someone Else To Do It.

Does the matte mar if you put a fingernail to it? The 3m matte I saw left marks pretty easily.. I was thinking of going avery satin.. But I'm really on the fence because I have a black car and it might not be worth the effort!

That's what I keep reading too, is here a reason you'd go Avery satin over the 3m?
